Mother God I have to say WOWWWWEEEE! My session was the day before yesterday. I woke up feeling very low as I opened mail that a court date. Put that to ArchAngel Michael and went on with my day. Morning prayer, utilizing the tools you shared. It wasn't until 4:30 pm that I did the tree meditation. My favorite. Felt immediate relief from worry! Then processed to read post from Love Has Won.
