The energies of the New Moon & Solar Eclipse are already being felt in leading up to the New Moon & Solar Eclipse September 1st. When one finds themselves awake and not being able to rest at all (no matter what one does), one learns to go with this and 'ride' this out until rest comes, eventually and when ever that is..and sometimes we don't actually 'go back to bed'...(last night was very much this way and the previous night as well). Yes we may be 'used' to this as this is very much a part of ascension in processing so much through the human being, yet now things are different...as we have been dealing with 'so much' in so many new and different ways.
