Your bodies have started to adjust to the new energies, also for those that are not awake. It will make for a better transition for them. They have already cleansed some parts, so to speak, without knowing that this is what they are doing. Everybody is getting help from their guides, even if they are not aware of it. Nature is wise, which follows its course and adjusts to the higher energies, which have poured over Earth over and over again during the last few years.
