The single, most important thing we can do at anytime of our lives and in this process of uplifment is go WITHIN. We have said this many times before, we say this to friends and family, repeatedly. Spend time alone, in nature, close your eyes, release all, and just BE. The more you do this, the stronger your connection becomes with your TRUE SELF, the brighter the experience becomes, the more joy flows from within, the more light/love flows from within, because YOU are the SOURCE from which this light/love flows.
