The Ascension Process is about doing exactly this now; humans naturally evolving so they become empowered individually. The old and highly negative way is and always has been corrupt through-and-through, and for anyone to believe and expect that corrupt liars and so much worse are suddenly going to tell everyone the truth is wildly self-deluded
