It has been quite a journey for some of you who have incarnated to be awakened at this time of the shift. You have chosen to be leaders in the movement of energy, and this has led you to experience less-than-ideal third-dimensional lives. In other words, you needed a reason to want to go within yourselves, to want to experience something more than what the physical planet had to offer. And so you sought refuge in meditation, and you sought to heal yourselves through spiritual practices. You sought out connection with other beings, including those from other parts of the galaxy. And this has all served you in that pre-incarnational quest to be on the frontlines of the shift.
