When you are “spinning” or spiraling into expanded states of consciousness your mind is dissolving so the heart can become familiar with its already intact inner knowing of truth. The more your heart has the aha moments and solidifies the truth of love the stronger and more wide your base becomes. Base being the similarity of tree roots into the ground. Feel truth, expand your roots. However tangents occur where the ego will “tell” you things that simply are not true. Self-love is important but if your process brings you to any “better than” ideologies or that your journey is any more grand than another being it is the ego trying to feed itself. It is in these moments when the tools and techniques I am about to share will be the most effective.
