As you move into this wholly uncharted territory remember that slow, tentative steps are completely acceptable. When you find yourself in unfamiliar situations, the primal part of you may kick in. “Is it safe?” “Is there anything comfortable I can identify?” “Are you sure this is the direction I should be moving?” These are all very valid questions and an important thing to remember is…you are in co-creation!
