Twin Soul Energy Report ~ The “Event” Draws Near, 3.3 Portal, Twin Souls Must Be Stabilized Now

We would like to inform you that the Ascension energetics have been exceptionally intensified in the last few weeks, and as we have explained over and over again in all of our sacred offerings, these portals will continue to increase in energetic intensity the closer we arrive to the full and actual tipping point whereby the collective consciousness of Gaia transitions into the fifth dimensional frequency band on a collective level, and it is this which we would like to speak to you about today. Dear ones in the deepest recesses of your higher heart-your thymus gland, buried in the darkest caverns of your pineal gland, there is a memory of an “event” that is predestined to take place in your lifetime, and this “event” will be so powerful that it will Trigger the spiritual and kundalini Awakening of the masses

Sananda ~ The True History of Humanity Will Be Disclosed

As the waves of higher dimensional light continue to bombard Planet Earth daily, more and more previously hidden atrocities will be uncovered. The true history of humanity will be disclosed. There will come a time when everyone finally finds out what has been done to them by the very people they had trusted and elected into high positions of public service. ALL will be revealed and when that happens, there will be intense feelings of anger, rage, disappointment, betrayal released into the atmosphere. This is an integral phase of the Ascension process. All that is hidden must be released out into the open for deep healing

Council of Light ~ Divine Connection Through Service to Mother Earth

We, the Council of light are individual masters fully aligned in a higher dimensional expression that is beyond what individuality can convey. We each as individuals have come into our highest truth as unique Divine embodiments and as such came to a point of choice – the choice made was to retain a direct connection through service to Earth and humanity rather than leave and journey on. Through this choice in alignment with the highest Divine will we have chosen to assist in your ascension process, to light the way through our unity rather than individuality. Through this we are able to serve in a much deeper capacity, and a higher dimensional way.

Energy Update ~ Plasma Fire is Sweeping Through Our Biofield

The plasma fire is sweeping through our biofield and purging old systems of enslavement that were coded within the body, heart, mind. The plasma energy is regenerating new cellular structure to live on light. This may trigger deep cellular clearing of physical and emotional trauma from the body. This activated intense purging from my ‘gut brain’ of past fear, anxiety and shock. The plasma light is liberating us from centuries of persecution and abuse. We are shedding skins of ‘disempowered victim’.

Health Benefits of Black Chickpeas (Kala Chana) for Leucoderma, Ringworm, Digestion and More

Black chickpeas, also known as Bengal grams, Garbanzo beans or ‘kala chana’ belong to the ‘desi’ variety and have a much higher fiber content and lower glycemic index. Black chickpeas contain a unique combination of antioxidants, anthocyanins, delphindin, cyanidin and petunidin as well as phytonutrients and ALA that maintain the health of blood vessels and prevent oxidative stress, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease. Black chickpeas contain considerable amounts of folate and magnesium. Folate lowers the homocysteine levels thus minimizing the risk of narrowing of arteries by plaque formation, blood clots, heart attacks and strokes.
