The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Integrating Your Fifth Dimensional Selves

Now is the time for those of you who are awakened to fully integrate the versions of yourselves from past lives who have lived in the fifth dimension. Many of you believe that you began your incarnational cycle in one of the lower dimensions and are now ascending, but you came down dimensionally from Source before you began the ascension process.

The Holy Family Consciousness ~ Harnessing the Power of Oneness

We, the consciousness of the Holy Family, reheart you that ascension cannot be achieved by you or any other being alone. Ascension is a remembrance of the truth of the Creator and most importantly a recollection of the power of unity and oneness. We realise that many of you are trying to achieve your ascension alone, maybe hiding yourself away in meditation or feeling that your ascension is personal only to you. This is to encourage the ego in its belief in separation, especially separation with the Creator.

10 Super Easy Natural Colon Cleansing Methods

If you pay attention to your body, it will tell you when something is wrong. Signs that we are carrying around a great deal of contamination such as liver disease, kidney disease, excessive weight gain, vision problem, frequent constipation, diabetes, skin, hair and nail issues, as well as a disturbed metabolism. An enema only reaches about two feet of the colon. More intense enema treatments are expensive, time consuming and upset the natural bacterial balance in the colon. The good news is that, simply by eating certain foods and consuming beverages, you can naturally remove the excessive buildup of fecal matter inside the colon.

Saint Germain ~ Your Sacred Mission and Purpose at This Time

Your sacred mission and purpose at this time, I cannot emphasize this enough, is not to take on all the woes, the recalcitrants, the chaos, the mayhem, the hatred, the control of the planet. In fact, it is quite the opposite. And that is why I say, “Come and sit with me in the Temple of my Violet Flame, of the Violet Flame. Come and let us extinguish what is not of love, what is not of wholeness, what is not of you.” Now, there are many energies in existence, and you have certainly been observing them, for it’s hard to avoid, but there are many energies that would dearly love, can we say, to gain entry or to hook onto, and especially you with a clear, opened, beautiful, loving space.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Sensing Your Way Through the Shift

You are more receptive to energy and better able to feel the subtle differences in vibration. This has all led you to a place where you can now let go of the attachment that most of you have to figuring everything out, analyzing, and deducing. These are the ways of the mind, and the mind is the tool of the ego, which is of course your third dimensional operating system. Your sensitivity, which used to seem like a detrimental trait, is now one of your more prized assets. As you step ever closer to the fifth-dimensional threshold, your ability to sense will be utilized more and more to determine which timeline to take, which beings to trust, and what you need to do in your personal lives to bring you into the fifth-dimensional frequency range.
