I am going to differentiate between “flux” and “change” because “change” is an unfoldment of a plan and a process; “flux” is more of a blip on the screen. You are in the change, what you have called “the shift”. You say, “Oh, we’ve been there since 2000; we’ve been there since 2007, 2008, 2012.” Well, in fact, you have not been at this juncture ever before, and humanity, the collective armada that you are leading, has never been at this juncture before.
