It is easy to love those who are loving and kind. It is not so easy to love those who trigger your pain, upset, anger, fear, and sadness. Their behaviors may be a reflection of something you are doing to yourself, or a call to be kinder and more loving to yourself. Are you surrounded by critical individuals? Perhaps you refuse to accept yourself kindly. Are you surrounded by those who are angry and rude? Perhaps you are angry and simply need to learn healthy boundaries, or to take care of yourself better. Maybe you are learning to move away from people and situations that hurt.
