There is so much disinformation in the lightworker and spiritual community about "ascension symptoms". This information regularly tells beings that these continuous aches, pains, and other symptoms are perfectly normal, a part of the Ascension and not to be paid attention to in any way. It is commonly shared that these symptoms are signs that you are ascending. THIS IS FALSE. The truth is that all pain and suffering is illusionary, it is not real. It cannot be, because IN the Ascended state you exist ONLY in Higher frequency. Laughter, Joy, Childlike Wonder, Peace, Bliss - All are Higher frequencies of an Ascended BEing. Pain, suffering, illness, dis~ease is a lower frequency and those IN pain are IN lower frequency ~ very much STILL in 3D
