1:00pm - People arrive, socialize, & "check in" - receive LoveBux for showing up!, bringing any stuff to give away, brining food for the Potluck (explained below), for performing, speaking, providing products / services, workshops, etc. (LoveBux explained below)

1:11pm - Love Jam! - Drum Circle / Music- All Instruments / Song / Dance / Hula & More!

1:23pm - I am / We love you / I envision / And so it is!
(Explained below)

1:43pm - Drum Circle / Music / Song / Dance / Hula & More! (With Sound Healing / Play Areas set up for all!)

2:22pm - Breakout to all Service Providers (explained below) / teachers / workshops / eat / socialize / auction / music & more!

3:33pm - Announce winners of "Free Market" items
(learn about Silent Auction below)

3:45pm - Socialize / Eat / Music / Service Providers / Teachers / Workshops / And more!

4:44pm - General wrapup time (flexible)

Bring a food item for all to share..
Bring utensils, napkins, plates, and more..
General guidelines are as follows (by Last Name):
A-F - Main Course
G-L - Sides
M-R - Desserts
S-Z - Utensils/napkins/plates, etc.
(This can rotate, over time)

LoveBux

It is a form of exchange, a tool, for our use at "ONE" Events..
One recieves LoveBux for showing up, bringing stuff to give away, bringing food for the potluck, bringing instruments, playing, performing, speaking, workshops, providing services, being awesome, and more!
People also can "tip" you as well, for all that you do!
LoveBux can also be "given" back, for Silent Auction items..

I am / We love you / I envision / And so it is!

1:23pm - Everyone gathers in a circle, sitting or standing..
Each person, one at a time, says "Hello, my name is _____", everyone then yells to them " We love you ______"! Then, this individual says "I envision an _______(the town you're in) in which _____________(i.e. healthy food / clean drinking water for all)", and then everyone yells "And so it is!"

Do what you do! Provide massages, sound healings, teach, perform, workshops, showcase tonics & tinctures, and more!

Silent Auction
****************

There will be an "Auction Paper" on each "Free Market" item..
Simply place your "Bid" (in LoveBux) on the items that you are interested in!
At 3:33pm, we will announce the winners of the items, and you will be able to claim them!

Creating an Event in your Area

Simply copy the details on this Event Page,
and paste them into your own Event..
And put the name of your city/town/neighborhood (example- "ONE" Ojai: Community Gathering- A Carnival of Love), and your venue location, and change the details to your liking..
