And now friends, practice this exercise with the joy, glee and freedom of wide-eyed innocence, with the wonder of a child who knows nothing of lack, of only their own creative potential and strength. Opening of time, cracking the egg shell of limitation and expansion of the heart space; in a way, we see they are the same. There are threads of similar thoughts through out these ideas. The heart will naturally expand as the creators of time (you!) expand into your freedom and mastery.
